Dominic Broom, managing director and head of market development for BNY Mellon Treasury Services EMEA

Dominic Broom has been appointed head of sales and relationship management for BNY Mellon Treasury Services, Europe, Middle East and Africa. He reports to Alan Verschoyle-King, head of global sales and client management for BNY Mellon Treasury Services.

Broom joined BNY Mellon Treasury Services as head of market development EMEA in 2006. He has many years of experience in the transaction services field, and has helped develop the company’s range of transaction banking services, including working capital solutions, and has been instrumental in growing the sector’s business activities across the EMEA region.

He began his career on Chase Manhattan Bank’s graduate training programme, and, before joining BNY Mellon, held international positions at UBS Warburg Dillon Read, Standard Chartered and ABN AMRO. He also sits on the firm’s EMEA operating committee and is a frequent chairman of industry conferences and a regular contributor to leading industry publications, including Cash&Trade.
