Deutsche Bank Appointed as Successor Depositary Bank for the Depositary Receipt Programs of Coca-Cola İçecek A.Ş.

Deutsche-BankDeutsche Bank today announced its appointment as successor depositary bank for the Regulation S Global Depositary Receipt (GDR) and the Rule 144A American Depositary Receipt (ADR) programs of Turkey-based Coca-Cola İçecek A.Ş. (Coca-Cola İçecek).

Coca-Cola İçecek is the sixth largest bottler in the Coca-Cola system in terms of sales volume. CCI’s core business is to produce, sell and distribute beverages of The Coca-Cola Company. Coca-Cola İçecek employs more than 10,000 people and has operations in Turkey, Pakistan, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Jordan, Iraq, Tajikistan and Syria . Coca-Cola İçecek has a total of 22 plants and offers a wide range of beverages to a consumer base of more than 360 million people. Coca-Cola İçecek’s shares are traded on the Istanbul Stock Exchange under the CCOLA.IS ticker.*
